We are seeking a results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to expand our national presence and grow relationships with major legal and corporate clients.

Position Summary

The SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through direct engagement with law firms, corporate legal departments, and other key stakeholders in the legal industry. This role requires a proactive professional who can navigate complex organizations, communicate technical concepts in accessible terms, and close enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting large law firms, legal service providers, and corporate legal departments.
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers (General Counsel, Managing Partners, CIOs, and Operations Directors) to introduce Counsel Vision’s AI solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closing, including post-sale relationship development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market messaging and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide forecasting and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at legal technology conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the legal tech , enterprise software , or professional services sectors.
  • Network: Established relationships in the legal industry strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to secure meetings and build relationships with senior executives.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales processes.
    • Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (JD or experience selling to legal departments is a plus).
