Position Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant - PM/BA to join a dynamic global organization operating across a range of industries and geographies. This role requires full-lifecycle ownership of Salesforce initiatives and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a hybrid consultant with project management, business analysis, and technical delivery expertise who can align Salesforce solutions with strategic business objectives.
Essential Duties:
Project Leadership& Coordination
· Lead and coordinate Salesforce projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning to deployment and support.
· Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.
· Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
· Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments where requirements are evolving, and success criteria need definition.
· Balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to establish clarity and drive progress in uncertain or fluid situations.
Business Analysis& Requirements Gathering
· Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
· Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and actionable user stories.
· Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements leveraging Salesforce functionality.
Solution Design& Configuration
· Architect and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
· Apply a strategic approach to database design, audits, automations, workflows, and security controls.
· Collaborate with developers and integration teams to design and implement custom solutions where required.
Testing, Training& Adoption
· Oversee and execute test planning, test case creation, and system validation.
· Develop and deliver user training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
· Drive change management and adoption strategies to maximize Salesforce value.
Post-Deployment Support& Optimization
· Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements post go-live.
· Monitor system performance, conduct periodic audits, and implement best practices.
· Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
· 7+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
· Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce implementations.
· Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform features.
· Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery models.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
· Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
· Data modeling, audits, and system security controls.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
· Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, evolving environments.
· Collaboration and facilitation skills across technical and business teams.
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required for client engagements, depending on project needs.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable salary range for this role is $130,000 annually.
