Schedule & Commitment:
5 days per week, approx. 50 hours

Your Role as General Manager:
Leadership & Culture
Create a supportive, team-first environment where staff feel empowered, heard, and motivated to succeed
Lead with heart: recognize and reward great work, guide with empathy, and build lasting relationships with your team
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members who share our passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
Culinary & Guest Experience
Uphold our award-winning standards by partnering closely with the kitchen team to ensure product quality and consistency
Conduct daily line checks, tastings, and table visits to maintain excellence and address issues proactively
Foster a culture of warm, genuine service where every guest feels like family
Sales & Community Engagement
Drive restaurant sales through local marketing efforts, community relationships, and exceptional service
Partner with the Banquet Sales Manager to grow our private dining and event business
Develop and execute a location-specific sales plan with goals aligned to our brand mission
Operations & Excellence
Oversee all front-of-house operations including bar, host, expo, and dining room
Monitor service flow, timing, and table maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health codes and brand standards
Financial Accountability
Utilize tools like Compeat and P&L statements to manage costs and optimize restaurant performance
Finalize and submit weekly reports with attention to accuracy and accountability
Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic cost and labor decisions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years as a General Manager (or higher) experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
A true hospitality mindset and the desire to deliver exceptional experiences — every time
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to perform and support all FOH positions
Comfortable with physical demands of restaurant work (lifting, stocking, setting up/breaking down)
Passion for food, people, and professional growth
