I get it, making a move isn't easy. You've put years into this job, earned every certification, and probably sacrificed a lot along the way. At this stage, you deserve to work somewhere that genuinely respects all that effort. I'm Derrick Brown, and if you're reading this, I want you to know I sincerely appreciate what techs like you bring to a shop. Forget the numbers and the bonuses for a moment if, you're feeling stuck, undervalued, or just wondering if there's something better out there, I'd love to hear your story.
