Lead Product Designer (REMOTE)

Accountabilities

• Iterate on design based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in UX, UI, and user research.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and gathering feedback from C-suite.
• Familiarity with modern design tools like Figma, Claude, and Codex.
• Interest or experience in military and defense technology.
