Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support and facility management for non-production areas.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth office functionality.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and various departments, including manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate HR administrative functions such as new hire onboarding, timekeeping, and employee record maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced production setting.
• Experience with basic accounting functions, payroll support, and purchasing for a manufacturing facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with production staff, vendors, and management.
