Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external product and process audits to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D problem-solving).
• Strong understanding and practical application of statistical analysis for process control and improvement.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software for advanced data analysis and SPC.
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
