Assistant Toddler Teacher

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is actively seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher for our Lake Orion campus. If you have a passion to work with children from 1-3 years of age and help them become the best versions of themselves, please consider this position.

As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Toddler Teacher. You will create a safe, nurturing and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

POSITION Detail

• Status: Regular, full-time
• Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm
• Pay range $14-$19/hour depending on certification or degree and years of experience
• Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, Michigan

NOTE: This position does NOT qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation

Requirements

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ( preferred )
• Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a Background screening including fingerprinting
