About the Role

As a Takeout Order and Guest Interaction Team Member , you’ll be the face of our takeout service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. From taking orders to providing top-notch service, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the Joe Louis experience to our guests, even when they’re dining at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s a taste of what your day-to-day will look like:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with placing takeout orders.

- Accurately input and process orders using our system.

- Ensure takeout orders are packaged correctly and ready for pickup.

- Address guest inquiries and provide recommendations with enthusiasm.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as food service, retail, or hospitality.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our guests.

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and guest satisfaction.

- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
