Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Manage, train, and develop operations staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with supply chain to optimize inventory levels and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement tools.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
• A track record of successfully leading, mentoring, and developing manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices specific to the manufacturing industry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
