Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
• Install, commission, and test new production lines and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certifications in specialized areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics.
