Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, particularly regarding safety and shift operations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity for all employee groups.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, focusing on safety, technical skills, and leadership for supervisors.
• Support and promote a strong safety culture in collaboration with EHS, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands and future growth.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA), and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for a diverse workforce, including hourly employees.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Previous HR management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Certification in OSHA 30-hour General Industry.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
