Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns efficiently.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to identify root causes.
• Install, align, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential failures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and procedures during all tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing mechanic role.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and troubleshooting complex machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
