Salary Range: $113,000 - $162,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Quality, R&D) to resolve technical challenges and support new product introduction.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with overall business objectives and production demands.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems within all engineering activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong project management skills for engineering initiatives, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Ability to drive technical problem-solving and implement innovative solutions to optimize production.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• PMP or other recognized project management certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., industrial automation, additive manufacturing, AI/IoT applications)
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in a relevant engineering discipline)
