Compensation: $54,000$60,000 + Attractive Quarterly Bonus Plan

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing brewpub favorite! As a leader in the craft beer and elevated pub food scene, we're dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through great food, beer, and hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively while optimizing profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff with clear expectations and ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork across all departments
- Ensure excellent guest service at all times and address customer issues professionally
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and drive traffic
- Maintain high food quality standards, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Uphold brand integrity and reputation through consistent execution
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and handle multiple priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification required
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Passion for craft beer, elevated pub food, and exceptional hospitality
