Description Summary: The Equipment Finance Ops Analyst 1 is responsible for processing invoices for payment. This includes validating that invoices have proper approvals, entering invoices for multiple vendor types, processing checks, verifying information for accuracy, and mailing checks.Duties & Responsibilities: + Verify invoices have proper approval consistent with company guidelines. + Accurately and timely enter data for Asset Finance payable invoices. + Review and process compliance check requests for monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax payments. + Review and process integrated funding transactions from various loan and leasing systems into the payables system. + Mail/Distribute checks. End of day balancing for checks/wires using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. + Research and follow up on payable inquiries submitted through an internal accounts payable ticket system. + Provide back-up support for the Disbursements Department and complete other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. Compensation Range: $22.00 - $34.00 Hourly The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
