Country Smoke House & it’s Outdoor BBQ is a Michigan Destination! We invite you to bring your skills to our stationary BBQ trailer and leave the chaotic late-night restaurant shifts and work DAY shifts with us. Be a part of our energetic team to prepare food in our kitchen and serve at our famous roadside BBQ, where customers are happy to see us.
Why Choose Us: Part or Full time available. Work hours are 10-7:30, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. There are possibilities for more weekday work in the Country Smoke House commissary/kitchen, and rotating weekends in off season. We are family oriented and encourage you to have a good work/family balance.
Your Role:
● Building sandwiches & meals in an air-conditioned BBQ trailer. Food is pre-cooked.
● Keep an avid pace, work efficiently while practicing serve safe guidelines.
● Enjoy teamwork through positive influence, respect and care for your team & customers.
● Be enthusiastic and passionate about assembling quality meals and top it off with an appealing presentation.
● Assist to anticipate and solve problems, keeping cost effectiveness measures and waste at a minimum.
● Be mindful of keeping the workplace clean and organized.
