Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure and systems supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Ensure high availability and reliability of critical production systems and network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect operational technology (OT) and intellectual property.
• Lead IT projects for technology upgrades, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives on the plant floor.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for manufacturing-specific hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for manufacturing-related software, hardware, and services.
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards relevant to manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and strategic planning within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and manufacturing execution systems (MES/SCADA).
• Proven ability to lead IT projects, manage budgets, and drive IT/OT convergence initiatives.
• Strong background in cybersecurity strategies, including protecting industrial control systems and critical manufacturing data.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management and optimizing IT service delivery for production environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with major manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Infor LN).
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, MES, and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies (IoT, AI/ML, automation in manufacturing).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS/OT security).
