Mental Health Therapist (LMSW / LPC / LLPC)

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient counseling services for adults and families. The role includes assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay:
- Licensed: $29.47–$39.67/hr
- Limited Licensed: $27.22–$36.63/hr
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP
- At least 1 year of mental health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
