Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for experienced School Psychologists to provide essential support to K-12 students across multiple public schools in Monroe County, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position requires onsite presence and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in diverse educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student well-being and academic success.
• Provide consultation and counseling services as needed, adhering to best practices in school psychology.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Serve students in elementary through high school, adapting approaches based on age and needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist license is required (must be verified through the state licensing portal).
• Previous experience working with K-12 students highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in multiple schools within Monroe County, including Monroe Public, Dundee, Jefferson, and Airport schools.
• Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills tailored to educational environments.
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and collaborating effectively within school teams.

Position Details:

• Contract dates: August 12, 2026 June 2, 2027
• Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
• Four positions available
• This is a travel assignment within Monroe County.
