Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues in manufacturing systems.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot basic industrial electrical components (e.g., motors, sensors).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in basic welding or fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
