Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

• Provide customers with timely updates on production delays, inventory changes, or potential supply chain disruptions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of manufactured products, materials, and production processes to effectively assist customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP or CRM systems for order management and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address complex customer inquiries.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of technical product specifications or industrial terminology.
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping procedures, or Incoterms.
