Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for the integration and deployment of manufacturing applications.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes to recommend optimal application solutions for efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality and integration within manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and engineering teams to define application requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices for manufacturing application usage.
• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of applications to ensure seamless operation in production settings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with relevant CAD/CAM software, PLM systems, or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, robotics, automation, or additive manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as field applications, technical support, or sales engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, additive manufacturing, industrial IoT).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) or simulation software.
• Demonstrated experience in technical project management or leading solution implementations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
