We are currently looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our team! This position services both residential and commercial customers. We offer full time, year-round work, an excellent benefits package, a fully stock work vehicle and spiff bonus program! Annual potential earnings $80K+

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with on occasional overtime

Pay Range: up to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.

Required Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• 3+ years Residential and light commercial experience
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
• Advanced customer service skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Excellent computer skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification from HVAC trade school
