Job title – Production Assembler

Location – Dexter, MI 48130

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have strong fine motor skills. Candidates with a background in traditional art such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or other hand-crafted work are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic components following detailed work instructions.
• Read and interpret visual aids, diagrams, process sheets, and assembly documentation.
• Perform precision assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Rework, modify, or repair assemblies as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Support continuous production activities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Required Qualifications
• Experience working as an Assembler or in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to write clearly and legibly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable performing repetitive precision work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in traditional art (drawing, painting, sculpting, ceramics, model making, jewelry making, woodworking, or similar artistic craftsmanship).
• 1–3 years of Medical Device Manufacturing experience.
• Clean Room Manufacturing experience.
• Technical writing or documentation experience.
