May Include:

• Installation & troubleshooting of residential Garage Doors
• Courteous and effective communication, verbal and text/email, with external customers and internal Williams staff

• Consistent completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with manager and/or trainer instruction regarding installation and operations processes and procedures
• Confirm installation requirements by reading and understanding manuals, codes and other related materials
• Utilization of electronic scheduling system using a smart phone or tablet

• Other jobs and responsibilities as may be assigned by Installation Services Manager; GM of Hearth & GD Products or other senior level management.

• Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
• Perform additional tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Use of tools including, but not limited to, hand tools, powered tools
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, lifts, harnesses (when required) and other apparatus to reach elevated areas including, but not limited to roofs, chases and attic areas

Requirements:

• Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force when moving heavy product
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable under company insurance policy
• Work truck is provided during business hours for employee use Richmond st. to and from worksites.

Schedule

• Typical workdays are Monday-Friday
