Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support middle school students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. This position is based in Dearborn, Michigan, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for the upcoming school year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to approximately 45 students
• Deliver services to address mild to moderate communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Participate in meetings and report student progress to families and educational teams

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license and certification
• Experience working with middle school-aged children, preferably with mild to moderate speech and language needs
• Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to the school environment
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based service delivery
