Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues to restore equipment functionality.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for client operations.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, installations, parts used, and customer interactions, accurately and promptly.
• Manage and maintain a personal inventory of spare parts and tools required for efficient service calls.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations during on-site service activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery (e.g., PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for on-site interaction.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
• Technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging, laser alignment).
• Proficiency with industrial control system software (e.g., PLC programming interfaces, SCADA).
• Fluency in a second language relevant to our customer base.
• Certifications in specific OEM equipment or industry-specific machinery.
