Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards, specifications, and procedures for all products.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and report on quality performance trends.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and use various metrology equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace)
