Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to design.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, or cutting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, specific material certifications)
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick)
• Experience with basic fabrication techniques, including fitting, grinding, and material preparation
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols
