With a legacy of excellence and innovation, we specialize in high-performance electrical systems for Hyper Scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial environments.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Disrtibution Centers, Processing Facilities and/or Mission Critical Data Centers. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality
- Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects
- Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
