Executive Administrative Assistant
This role involves supporting the Chief Operating Officer by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and create schedules.
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and attend meetings as a proxy for leadership.
- Manage calendar to support community events and business development engagement.
- Complete expense reports for the Finance team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
