Compensation: Commission only position | $80,000 - $200,000+ annual earning potential (uncapped)

Job Description

A growing, award-winning exterior remodeling company in the Livonia, MI area is looking for a driven Residential Sales Consultant to join the team. This is an outside sales role for a self-starter with a hunter mentality — someone who thrives on finding business, building relationships, and closing deals.

This company is expanding across residential, commercial, multi-family, and government sectors, and the right person will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

This is a great company hiring our first and only dedicated sales rep to do the job. Good commissions and the ability to earn a lot.

What You'll Do

• Generate and close sales for residential exterior remodeling projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, remodels and more)
• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners — assess needs, present solutions, and deliver accurate project estimates
• Self-generate leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, and community presence
• Deliver a premium customer experience from first contact through project completion
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software and submit documentation on time
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Be available for appointments Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability as needed

What We're Looking For

• Hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you go find them
• 1+ years of outside sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related field (strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor — you represent the company in the community
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
