We are seeking dependable and hardworking Snow Team Members to support our sidewalk snow and ice management operations. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in detailed work, stay focused in fast-paced conditions, and are committed to keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities

• Perform sidewalk snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing materials.

• Clear walkways, entrances, ramps, and pedestrian areas thoroughly and efficiently.

• Follow instructions from the Snow Walk Team Leader and respond promptly to changing site needs.

• Use equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Communicate any site issues, hazards, or equipment concerns to the team leader or supervisor.

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude during demanding weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is helpful but not required.

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter weather for extended periods.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and available for on-call work during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to follow directions well and work efficiently in a team environment.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation to and from reporting locations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at $20.00/hour , with opportunities for increased rates based on performance.

• Weekly pay.
