In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional dental care by supporting our doctors chairside, ensuring patient comfort, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient clinical flow. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and compassion will contribute to an experience where patients feel genuinely cared for and confident in their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with proper instruments, materials, and supplies while following strict infection control protocols
• Take and process dental X-rays and 3D scans, ensuring adherence to all safety standards
• Accurately document patient information using EMR systems (such as Open Dental), including medical history, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Monitor patient comfort and vital signs throughout procedures to ensure a positive experience
• Support front office tasks as needed, including scheduling, insurance verification, and assisting with patient check-in and check-out
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment through proper sterilization and infection control procedures
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Schedule

• Monday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Team members arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of each day for our morning huddle.
