Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Monitor key process parameters, analyze data, and report on process performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ensure all processes adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with process modeling, simulation software, or data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, robotics)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Python, R, SQL) for process optimization
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms (e.g., SAP)
• Project management experience or certification
