We are now hiring a Property Compliance Coordinator to join our FAMILY in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This person will assist the Asset Management Team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to property management and property acquisition.

What we are offering:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Internal Inspection Manager on all related / overlapping activities
- Monitor, respond to, and help site teams prepare for lender activity, by but not limited to: Reviewing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of schedule 6s, various agreements,
invoices, reports, and audits - Clarifying questions or challenges with input from lenders and leadership teams as needed
- Coordinating with regional and asset team leadership to set project priorities and deadlines,
communicating proactively and often - Managing all necessary recordkeeping and delivering evidence of completion to lender
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Various data entry projects
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of job or internship experience in business, customer service, administrative or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Yardi experience in strongly preferred.
