What You’ll Be Doing

As a Collision Repair Technician at Gordon Chevrolet, you’ll perform high-quality repairs while working alongside a professional, production-focused team.

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles to OEM specifications and dealership standards

• Participate in daily production meetings to maintain smooth workflow

• Perform structural and cosmetic body repairs using modern tools and equipment

• Remove and reinstall panels, accessories, and vehicle components

• Weld replacement parts and straighten frames accurately

• Grind, sand, file, and finish repaired surfaces

• Diagnose and repair related mechanical damage as needed

• Stay current with I-CAR training and company safety standards

• Proven experience as an automotive collision repair technician

• Ability to consistently produce 80–100+ flat rate hours

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
