This is a performance-based role. We are looking for someone confident in talking with homeowners and closing sales.

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for someone who can build trust with homeowners and close sales on repair and replacement solutions.

All leads are provided

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled HVAC estimates (company-provided leads)

• Evaluate existing furnace, AC, and HVAC systems

• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally

• Build trust and guide customers to the best solution

• Close sales and follow up as needed
