Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all manufacturing, technical, and operational roles, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling within the manufacturing environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
• Design and deliver training programs focused on safety, technical skills, and compliance for the production workforce.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage structures, shift differentials, and performance incentives relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans for all manufacturing employees.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing hourly workforces, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies for production roles and skilled trades.
• Ability to align HR initiatives with manufacturing operational goals and drive employee engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with unionized workforces and collective bargaining.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Certification or experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) to support a diverse workforce.
