Entry-Level Full-Stack Developer

Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with a leader in the Automotive Industry who is accepting applications for a Full Stack Developer (Entry Level) . As a Full Stack Developer (Entry Level) you will work closely with product, design, and IT partners to build reliable, user-friendly internal applications and systems. This is a contractual opportunity , fully remote
Hourly Pay Range $35/hr. - $40/hr. (W2)
Responsibilities

• Make incremental UX/UI improvements across internal applications
• Support backend development, including system integrations and database connectivity
• Implement and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using a centralized directory service
• Write and optimize SQL queries to expose data across systems
• Deploy and configure off-the-shelf applications in a corporate IT environment
• Debug and test applications locally using real-world scenarios
• Perform integration testing to ensure stable and reliable production releases
• Proactively document requirements gaps, edge cases, and open questions
• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and IT teams

Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating large codebases using GitHub (branches, pull requests, reviews)
• Ability to trace and understand system behavior using Sourcegraph or similar tools
• Hands-on experience building applications or user interfaces
• Coursework, internships, hackathons, or personal projects all count
• Familiarity with React, Go, Node.js, Python, and SQL
• Experience deploying applications in a corporate or structured IT environment
• Understanding of centralized authentication and MFA workflows
• Comfort working in local dev environments and performing debugging
• Experience conducting integration testing ahead of launches
• Strong written communication and organization skills
• Proactive mindset-especially around documenting requirements, assumptions, and clarifications

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent practical experience
• 0-2 years of hands-on development experience
• Strong portfolio, GitHub presence, or examples of personal/academic projects
