Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Current or pending Michigan SLP licensure
• Previous experience working in schools or with a pediatric caseload preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable with onsite support, providing therapy, assessments, and IEP participation

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, ongoing therapy, and communications
• Provide resources and recommendations to families and teachers to reinforce student growth
