Job Description:
The Sales Manager drives growth by focusing on financial success and customer satisfaction. They research new markets, meet with potential clients, and promote products to meet client needs. They ensure contracts comply with legal standards, track sales performance, and collaborate across teams to utilize all resources effectively.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Creates growth strategies that balance financial objectives and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conducts research to identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs.
Client Engagement: Organizes meetings with prospective clients to explore business opportunities.
Product Promotion: Promotes the company’s products and services, addressing client needs and anticipating their objectives.
Contract Preparation: Drafts sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices for performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with various teams to maximize resource use and technical support.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Korean and English.
Sales Experience: Over 7 years of direct sales experience, including OEM/Tier 1 roles.
Business Acumen: Skilled in sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning.
Purchasing Expertise: Experienced in indirect purchasing.
Pipeline Development: Capable of aligning planning goals with a pipeline strategy to drive market revenue.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator, open to collaborating with customers and partners.
Motivation: Self-driven with a high energy level and a strong desire to exceed goals.
Independence & Teamwork: Able to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or Business Management.
Product Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) products and their applications.
