Human Resources Coordinator - Entry Level

We love helping patients, but we need someone to help our people . Our home health care agency is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator who can manage employee relations without needing a stethoscope.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our daily HR operations. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and manage vital administrative workflows. Your focus will span recruitment support, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and maintains strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support : Post open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate background checks.
- Onboarding amp; Offboarding : Facilitate new hire orientations, process compliance paperwork, and coordinate exit workflows.
- HRIS amp; Data Management : Maintain accurate digital personnel files and update our HR Information System regularly.
- Employee Relations : Serve as the first line of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies.
- Benefits amp; Payroll Liaison : Assist employees with benefits enrollment and track timecard data for payroll processing.
- Compliance : Ensure operational adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and workplace regulations.
Qualifications amp; Skills
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience : 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Systems : Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Discretion : Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Organization : Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
