Role Overview: Spa Sales Associate

As a Spa Sales Associate , you serve as the host of the spa—welcoming clients, supporting membership sales, and helping create a five-star guest experience. You will assist with scheduling, service recommendations, spa operations, and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed membership sales and service upgrade goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spa services, massage modalities, and facial treatments
• Communicate promotions, service options, and membership benefits
• Answer phones, book appointments, and manage guest check-in/check-out
• Support spa cleanliness and organization standards
• Assist with administrative duties and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service or sales experience preferred
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing membership options and service recommendations
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented
