Your Day, After Training

At 6:45 AM, you and your crew gear up and review safety and quality checks. You’ll prepare aluminum scrap for processing, support melting operations, and carefully transfer molten metal into molds. Throughout the shift, you’ll operate power equipment, monitor quality, and communicate clearly with teammates to keep a safe, efficient, and respectful workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire with a starting wage of $22.72/hr. plus scheduled increases and a skills training plan

Schedule

• Initial training: Day shift, 8.25 hours, Monday–Friday
• Post-training: Rotating 12-hour days, 6:45am–7:00pm , on a 3–2–2–3 rotation

What You’ll Do First

• Learn and follow our safety and quality procedures
• Develop skills in processing and melting aluminum scrap
• Assist with transferring molten aluminum into molds

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Preferred: Foundry environment experience
