Building Maintenance position available for a manufacturing company in Hudson, MI on 2nd shift. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to 2-3 months.

Building Maintenance Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Will train on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) then switch to 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm).
• This will be a temporary assignment, expected to 2 -3 months. There is potential that this could become a full-time position.
• Operate a forklift and floor scrubber
• Clean offices and conference rooms
• Clean windows
• Empty trash cans
• Remove shavings from machines
• Clean dunk tanks
• Mop floors

Eligible for a pay increase every 30 days based on attendance and job performance.

• $16 to start
• 16.50 (30 days)
• $17.00 (60 days)
• $17.50 (90 Days)

Building Maintenance Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with a forklift, floor scrubber, and overhead crane preferred.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Previous building maintenance experience preferred.
• Slip-resistant safety shoes are required.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
