This position is ideal for a mission-driven physician seeking meaningful, relationship-based care in a rural community setting.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Conduct patient histories and comprehensive physical examinations.* Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.* Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.* Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.* Educate patients and families on preventive health, lifestyle, and chronic disease management.* Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy teams to ensure integrated care.* Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and provider meetings.* Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Clinicians and students when requested.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).* Participate in after-hours call rotation and community engagement efforts.**Qualifications*** Demonstrated commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered care.* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to serve patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect.**Education and Experience*** Completion of an accredited Medical School and Family Medicine Residency.**Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations*** Current California Medical License (MD or DO).* Board Certification in Family Medicine.* Current DEA License and CPR Certification.**Position Summary - APC**The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant assesses and evaluates patient health needs, performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, manages care, and contributes to the overall quality and effectiveness of clinical services.
