Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product management to gather market intelligence and refine forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand drivers.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify significant variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans.
• Manage the demand impact of new product introductions, promotions, and product discontinuations.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling techniques to generate forecasts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement.
• Solid understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning techniques for demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with specific advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9).
