Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Petoskey, Michigan. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,836–$1,894. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: Nights, 3 × 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Work setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Under supervision, provide direct patient care to LTC residents in a hospital setting, including assessment and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor responses and report changes.
- Monitor patient status: vital signs, pain, mobility, and safety; respond to changes and emergencies per policy.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update patient care plans; involve patients and families in decisions.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation activities as appropriate; maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Document accurately in the electronic health record; ensure compliance with privacy, infection control, and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse license in good standing
- BLS (AHA) certification
- 2+ years of long-term care (LTC) RN experience
- Ability to work nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) and every-other-weekend schedule
- MI LTC fingerprinting on file is a plus
